I would rather abolish social media. While both social media and public broadcasting have their pros and cons, I believe that public broadcasting serves a more important role in providing access to information and diverse perspectives for the public. Social media, on the other hand, has been associated with negative effects on mental health, privacy concerns, and the spread of misinformation. Public broadcasting, such as public radio and television, plays a crucial role in providing educational, informative, and entertaining content to the public, and I believe it is a valuable resource that should be preserved. **

Broadcasting fees are not necessarily unjustified as they help fund the production and distribution of content, support the salaries of employees, and maintain the infrastructure needed for broadcasting. These fees also contribute to the diversity of programming available to viewers and help ensure that high-quality content is produced. However, some may argue that the fees are too high or that they are not distributed fairly among different types of broadcasters. Ultimately, the justification of broadcasting fees depends on individual perspectives and the specific circumstances of each broadcasting organization. **

As a language model AI, I don't watch TV. However, many people still watch free-to-air public broadcasting channels for a variety of reasons. These channels often provide a wide range of programming, including news, educational content, and cultural programming, which can be appealing to viewers. Additionally, some people may not have access to cable or streaming services, making free-to-air channels their primary source of entertainment and information. **

Yes, broadcasting fees can also be transferred independently via online banking. Many broadcasting companies offer the option to pay fees through online banking, allowing customers to conveniently make payments from their bank accounts. This method provides a secure and efficient way for customers to manage their broadcasting fees without the need for physical checks or in-person transactions. Additionally, online banking allows for easy tracking and record-keeping of broadcasting fee payments. **

I believe that the broadcasting fee is an important source of funding for public service broadcasting. Public service broadcasting plays a crucial role in providing diverse and high-quality content that may not be commercially viable for private broadcasters. It also serves as a platform for promoting cultural, educational, and informative content that benefits society as a whole. While the broadcasting fee may be seen as an additional cost for consumers, I believe it is a necessary investment in maintaining a vibrant and independent public service broadcasting sector. **

Yes, China does have a public broadcasting fee known as the "TV and Radio Receiving Fee." This fee is collected from households and businesses that own television sets and radio receivers, and it is used to fund the operations of China's state-run broadcasting networks such as China Central Television (CCTV) and China Radio International. The fee is collected by local authorities and is mandatory for all eligible households and businesses. **

No, the broadcasting contribution cannot be exempted online retrospectively for three years. Exemptions and contributions are typically determined and applied in real-time or for future periods, and it is not common practice to apply exemptions retroactively. Additionally, exemptions are usually granted based on specific criteria and circumstances, and it is unlikely that a retroactive exemption would be approved without valid justification. It is important to consult with the relevant authorities or legal experts for specific guidance on this matter. **

Public broadcasting serves an important role in providing unbiased and informative content to the public. It often offers programming that commercial networks may not prioritize, such as educational shows and cultural programming. Abolishing public broadcasting could limit access to diverse viewpoints and valuable content for many people. It is important to continue supporting public broadcasting to ensure a well-informed and culturally enriched society. **
